New Year’s Eve

Last New Year's Eve I attended a golf club party at which Ian was the DJ. Ian did a 4hr set of party music, reading the audience and playing the type of music which was enjoyed by all. It seemed as if everyone was up and dancing throughout the evening, myself included, as well as the group of friends I was with - we all had a fantastic night! After the event we all agreed it had been a really good night, a great way to welcome the New Year in and we would definitely do it again if Ian was there to DJ and entertain us with his choice of music.!

I attended the New Year’s Eve party at Seaford Golf Club 2023/4 and was very impressed with Ian‘s disco set up and the tracks that he played. It was a really great evening and the whole room were up and dancing, which doesn’t always happen at these events. Ian had the ability to assess the music requirements of the people in the room and deliver. He was happy to take requests and at no point was the Dance floor empty! He’s a master of music and I highly recommend him. I’m looking forward to his next gig as I can’t remember the last time I danced so much and had achy knees and feet the following day.

As a new listener to soul music your breakfast shows have been perfect for me for such a good mix of tunes, something for everyone and a bit of education(for me) might have to go back to smooth when you are not here. Thanks I have loved your shows these past few months and I'm going to miss them.

Seaford Golf Club - New Years Eve Party - 31st December 2023. His choice of music during the Seaford Golf Club New Years Eve Party was superb. Ian has an extensive knowledge of music, and he knows just what to play, at the right time, to keep the audience fully involved. He is extremely versatile, and he adapted the music brilliantly - the dance floor was constantly full, with lots of happy dancers. He was also keen to involve the audience and was more than happy to play requests during the night. A fantastic evening, enhanced by the DJ and his music selections. We are looking forward to his next event.

We're very remiss in not writing sooner but felt we had to say - what a brilliant time we had at the New Year's Eve party held at Seaford Golf Club. At previous NYE celebrations the entertainment has been varied but what a difference at 2023-2024. We had such a fun packed evening. The group of friends who we were celebrating with all agreed that the DJ Ian Boxall made the evening so enjoyable. His 'special shirt' and music choices made the whole occasion so much fun. The 60's 70's and 80's music was aimed perfectly at the age level for the guests to sing along and dance to plus he welcomed any requests. His enthusiasm was infectious. Once we were up on the dance floor we hardly left it! Phew!! what a great time. Having experienced such a BRILLIANT evening we will most definitely look forward to other events at Seaford Golf Club when Ian Boxall is the DJ.
